Dr. Amina Gong loves providing exceptional dental care to meet all her patient’s general and cosmetic dental needs.

Dr. Gong received her Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from SUNY Stony Brook University, and then graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where she was the vice president of the Columbia Dental Aesthetics Club and was awarded the Advanced Prosthodontics Achievement Award during graduation.

After dental school, Dr. Gong completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at the Brooklyn Veterans Affairs Hospital, where she developed the skills necessary to treat complex patients in need of full mouth reconstruction, including crown and bridge prosthetics on teeth and implants, root canal therapy, cosmetic bonding, surgical extractions, and gum surgery.

Dr. Gong is also committed to a lifelong pursuit of education through continuing dental education courses, which allows her to maintain the highest standards of care. She has completed a comprehensive implantology training course at Columbia University; and is also certified in performing Invisalign invisible braces on both children and adults.

Dr. Gong is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), Nassau County Dental Society (NCDS), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). In her free time, she enjoys healthy cooking, exercising, exploring NYC, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her family.
